SWEET, SASSY STOREFRONT

Sinful Cupcakes is a “sinful and sweet” cupcake shop in Wilmington’s Cargo District, known for their playful, feminine, sassy vibe. This was the first mural MG ART took on in the Cargo District West food court project.

The shop already had a preexisting logo and brand identity, and MG ART was hired to bring it to life on their first brick-and-mortar storefront. The design included hand-painted signage and a scalloped border around the shop and order window, creating a gingerbread-style frame that matched the brand’s sugary aesthetic.

The mural was completed in August 2024, and the shop officially opened in spring 2025. They continue to thrive and sell sweets.
