FROM INTERN TO SOLO SHOW

Fried Fruit is an experimental art gallery in Wilmington’s Cargo District. MG ART began working with the gallery during her senior year at UNCW as a design intern, creating promotional graphics and social media content to support exhibitions and events.

The internship sparked an ongoing creative relationship with Fried Fruit, which continued into 2024 when MG ART debuted her first solo exhibition, Crowded, in their space. The show included a spontaneous, temporary mural painted live over the course of 10 days—an intuitive, process-driven piece created without a set plan.
