FLOATY & EDGY REBRAND

Foiled Hair Studio is a salon based in one of the Cargo District’s shipping container spaces, with a vibe that’s both floaty and edgy. MG ART was brought on in 2023 to lead a full rebrand as the studio opened its new location.

This project included logo and brand creation, as well as a custom mural for the main studio wall—MG ART’s very first commercial mural. The design is fluid, spontaneous, and abstract, meant to reflect all types of beauty without being tied to any one shape or style.

In addition to design work, MG ART occasionally collaborates with Foiled on buzz cut hair art—painting directly onto bleached buzz cuts using hair dye to create temporary wearable designs.
